For May 2024, this system offers the very best components you can find anywhere. It starts with AMD’s Ryzen 9 7950X3D, a 16-core, 32-thread CPU that is the best all-around CPU on the planet. While Intel has tried to compete using ultra-clocked versions of its older CPU design, the voltage required has led to widespread reports of game crashing, so we’re saying goodbye to Intel for gaming until further notice! Just as important, AMD’s CPU is coupled with an advanced motherboard that will support years of CPU upgrades down the line, providing far more future-proofing than Intel.
