Thanks for the question - an update is definitely in order, and it will be up by next week. Right now knee-deep in testing a fleet of AMD Ryzen 3000 CPUs for an upcoming review.

The new laptop buyer's guide for Fall 2019 is now live! Note that as with all things Intel these days, the 10th-Gen chips are very much a work in progress, and there are only a handful of laptops that actually use them. One of them, the HP Envy, makes the list this time around. The reality is, however, that almost all manufacturers are still using 8th-gen chips, because Intel never released a mainstream 9th-gen product.
