One 4K monitor or two 1080p monitors?
« on: April 01, 2017, 03:44:39 AM »
I'm deciding between:
LG 27UD68-P              --- One 4K monitor
Acer Predator XB241H --- Two 1080p monitors

I'm going to be mostly gaming (all kinds of genres) and editing videos.

I don't really see the use for two 1080p monitors for gaming. The Acer XB241H is a very nice 144Hz G-Sync monitor, so I could see buying one. Two doesn't make a lot of sense.

The LG 27UD68-P is awesome, and will be better for editing videos due to the higher resolution and IPS display, but it's limited to 60Hz.

The way I see it, what you should really be deciding between is one small gaming monitor or one large 4K monitor. Depends on your priorities.
